So odds are if you're looking at this you're a fan of at least one of the kandi series (Winter Chill, Beach House, Twisted Disco, etc.) but you may or may not be excited about this new one called Lounge. Rest assured, this compilation is top notch. Every song is great, but as always, Kandi includes 3 or 4 standout tracks that blow you away like music has never done before.

The songs that receive my top honors on these CDs include the breath-taking "Life's a Beach," "Pretty Girl With A Crooked Smile," "Young Folks," and "Memories" If you want to impress your friends with a collection of the greatest music by unknown artists, Hed Kandi is the only CDs you need. I love all their CDs, but this Lounge collection I find particularly useful when I'm doing household chores or tidying things up. It's smooth, it's hip, it's the perfect beat to any activity.

If you've never tried Hed Kandi before try the Winter Chill first, Beach House next, and then Lounge. It's definately one of my favorites and I hope to see more from this great series.

I don't have much of a history of reviewing CD's, but this one deserves a few words. Because the title to this CD is misleading. This is not lounge or chill out music. It is mostly upbeat, highly danceable music, and has a lot of funk, soul, and similar flavors to it. Since that isn't what I was looking for, I'm trading mine in at the used record store next time I go. Next time, I'm only going to consider buying Winter Chill and perhaps the other Hed Kanki chill out compilations. Except I've been disappointed with the last round of those, too.

A new year signals a new Hed Kandi offering and one of their coolest chilled-out releases in the collection;I highly recomend this new installment of Nu Cool - Kandi Lounge. It is the best CD ever.

Another great release from Hed Kandi! It's really all about disc 1 although there are about 3 stand out tracks on disc 2.

This is the worst production, it's so bad you will throw this selection in the garbage.

Kandi you better put your act together when you choose lounge music

This lounge music compilation by Hed Kandi is good to relax and to the soul. Very good
