More About the Author

I am a spiritual counselor of the Orisha/Ifa tradition which is an ancient African spiritual system. I focus primarily i[on assisting others through the doorway of discovering their path in life and alignment with their higher consciousness.

One of my primary concerns revolved around issues of Ancestral healing. It was and still is important to me to assist in making sure those shoulders we stand upon are indeed strong enough to support us. After having worked in that world for many years, though, I came to realize that at this point in our development as humans on this planet, our biggest need within our spiritual development is to learn to understand our emotions. We have been taught to view them as integral parts of our being when all they ever were designed to do was call attention to situations needing to be addressed.

My books focus upon following the path to dissecting emotions, especially our fear, from a traditional African perspective and learning how to transform them into positive tools for our growth.
