Zeel is used to temporarily relieve joint pain, improve joint function, and stimulate healthy cartilage performance. Zeel is particularly effective in relieveing symptoms associated with degenerative arthritis, including fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. My dog is actually the one taking the Zeel tablets for hip problems. We didn't want him taking the standard pet pain medications because of all the side effects, so our vet recommended Zeel (she actually takes it herself too). Upon the first dose he started to walk and act like himself again.

I was taking many arthritis drugs. I decided to stop them. I began taking Zeel. I do believe it helps. I am not pain free,but I believe that it has potential for making daily life a bit more tolerable.

I also got this for my older, arthritic dog. I also did other things to help him such as getting a magnetic collar and trying to get him to swim a little. It's hard to know which of these things did the trick (probably all of them) but the fact is that he feels better. He doesn't "hope as a bunny" as some product reviews say, but he feels visibly better and that's good enough for me. For the record, the product was recommended to me by other dog owners who swear by it. I'm just giving it 4 stars because I can't tell if it's the only thing that works.
