On the recommendation of the doctor, I have been wearing the heelbo to protect my right elbow for the past three or four years. I have a condition (not carpal tunnel) whose name I forget, and from time to time it flares and I have elbow pain. The doctor will give me a cortisone shot now and again, but he gave me a heelbo and suggested that I just wear it at night. The heelbo keeps my elbow more rigid, and my elbow warms itself.

I haven't been to the specialist in a couple of years now, and the cost for this minimal "treatment" is less than $20.00 per year. I use the extra large green one.

These little pads are a must if you have cubital tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, or just plain bony elbows. They wash and dry well. If you get pilling, use either a fabric shaver or one of those little $5-10 facial hair trimmers to take off the pills. Just be very careful when trimming not to cut into the knitted fabric, be gentle with the trimmers when taking off the pills and lint. Comfortable to wear all day, whether keyboarding or just around the house to prevent bruises and irritation. Highly recommended.

Nice product but size is smaller than advertised. I measured my wife's arm at 16" circumference and bought the "regular size" which was supposed to be ~17" fully extended. It was way too small. I think it would have torn before it stretched to 17". I'd estimate it would have been tight but comfortable on a 15" arm. Other than that it seemed like a good product. I'll let you know when I get my XL pair. ;)

After surgery on her elbow, my daughter used this product for over 9 months before it began to wear out. It was a lifesaver and is the only thing that seems to bring her any relief from the continuing pain. Her only criticism is the color. The items are sized by color and if used for its original purpose, most likely it would or could be covered by a sock. Hard to cover the elbow in the summertime with long sleeves and the color just doesn't coordinate with everything. Other than that, I highly recommend it to family and friends. My aunt has requested I order one for her.

Am pleased with purchase. Price was fair. Item was recommended to me by my Doctor and lived up to my needs . It helped me with my elbo problem . Item arrived earlier than expected .

I love these protectors - I need them for my heel and my elbows. I am 130 pounds and it fits great on my foot, but it is a bit too tight for my elbow. The cuff kind of cuts into my circulation. Probably try a bigger one. That said, these are just what I wanted for my elbow.
