Great inexpensive product!
My hand doctor recommended this product for a chronic elbow inflammation that I had. The pad basically warms the area around the elbow. I wear it to bed every night. Much less expensive, much less invasive than a cortisone shot! Eventually they loosen up--time to bring out a new pad.

Runs Small
I was disappointed. I bought these for my mother and had them mailed to her. I was shocked to see that they were totally too small for her. She split them on the side so that she could use them. She makes things work. I therefore concluded that they are running small. I purchased her an X-large so that should have been large enough but it wasn't. It was pretty much...
