I have nerve damages in my elbows from years of desk work and bony elbows. These pads save me so much pain it is unbelievable. I bought my first set about 8 years ago when the Dr. told me to, that set has been retired. I bought 2 new sets, 1 to keep at home and 1 to keep at work. I am glad they have different sizes now so they don't slide off my arms or look bulking under my clothes.

I measured my arm above and below the elbow (10.5" and 10.25"), and ordered a small based on their description of fitting up to 14" circumfrence. This size is too small! I can get it on, and it feels good for a short while, but clearly it's a stretch. And after awhile (30 minutes or so) it starts to be uncomfortable. After an hour, my forearm is very tender to the touch, possibly because of loss of circulation. I have to remove it to get relief.

So I can't tell how much this will help me. I've ordered the medium and will find out after it arrives.

They give support and protect my elboows from further injury and are comfortable to wear.

I got these for my Rottweier with an elbow injury. The small size works great for large dogs. They also work great for humans. As have use Heelbo for myself and they are great.

I have achillies tendon's that are extremely short which create easy injuries when one is active. I use these to go "barefoot" on hard floors and in a dance class, as well as in larger size winter boots for heel cushioning and achillies "wrap". They are invaluable to me.
