Great shoes. Instructions are included in box (along with many advertisements and stickers and warning labels). I recommend reading the instructions first; Expect to have the basics down in about two (2) days.

until recently, I never have ordered shoes from the internet. I am in the Navy stationed in Japan so I went with a website that I trust..Amazon.com
