Originally posted these were a great price. Not so...I have done some research and they come to $0.277 cents a bag. My local Albertsons carries them for $5.29 a 30-count box and that is $0.176 cents a age but still I love these bags! I can no longer handle the double zip from ZipLock, but these zipper bags are easy to use. I use a cart to move around my house, so I often put things I move from room to room in a bag for my cart (remote control, portable phone, highlighters, pens, remote control for lamp), food storage uses always, and the best--these bags keep the flies, stinging insects, and food-seeking varmints out of the house. Everytime I feed my four cats their catfood cans and the paper plate I use go inside a One-Zip. Stinky garbage goes in One-Zips and in the freezer (this is torrid Texas after all) and then on trash day I put the bags in the trash and no flies, even overnight). One-Zips and the flushable cat litter (Sweatscoop--wish Amazon carried that on Prime Delivery) keep this house clean and practically fly-proof. I really stuff those catfood cans in the one-gallon size and they accommodate about six cans (5.5 oz) and a couple of rolled up paper plates. I now buy from my local grocery. The product gets 5 stars, not the price.

I love this product and by the way I use his product to store my cold cuts for my lunch.

These bags aren't very good at all. About 25% of the bags fail to seal properly even after you've zipped them properly. Definitely do not use these for liquid storage or air-tight containment. We bought these because of the price and instantly regretted it! I'm sure they're fine for light storage and easy enough to open and close. However, when the plastic zips don't stay attached to the zipline and/or the seal does not stay shut after you've closed it, you end up actually spending more money/box because the amount you waste actually makes these more expensive! I'll go back to the old tried and true brand thank you very much!

Hefty bags are nice bags. I prefer them to the regular sealing bags because I don't need to feel around to make sure they are sealed.

The seals do fail under less pressure than the regular bags, so if you're cramming the bags full of whatever, you may want to look elsewhere. Under normal usage conditions, the seal seems to hold together fine.

The bags have a little weight and thickness to them, enough to not feel cheap. I feel confident they won't tear easily. We always have some around just in we need some for storing food or knickknacks.

Good deal for Amazon Prime. Hefty bags seem to be one of the best, so no need to worry about the quality.

I have become really dependent on these zipper bags and use them for organizing many little things around the house as well as using them for food.

It's no secret that spirits have been penetrating the ozone layer for years now. Galloping throughout our wee little atmosphere, the most rambunctious of them congregate in my pantry. They swarm about my family-size tubs of Bush's Baked Beans and eat ALL my gouda cheese, which is unacceptable!

So imagine my delight when I purchased these Hefty One Zip storage bags and found that along with preserving lunchmeats, they are superlative at trapping ghosts! At last, I can rest easy on my futon at night without having to hear the yowling of spirits occupying themselves with my Malcolm in the Middle collector's edition Jenga set.
