I'd recommend Heinz sticky toffee pudding way over this. when you dump out the sticky toffee pudding on a plate, the sauce covers the top and sides like a creme caramel pudding. Nuke it in the microwave and we put it in the middle of the table and we all dig right in with vanilla ice cream on the side. YUMM-O !
"Spotted Dick" was one of the few non-nauseating shipboard foods
described in author Patrick O'Brian's nautical fiction,
in the series beginning with "Master and Commander".
Delivery service was excellent. Thanks.
It's not bad,in fact it's rather good spice cake. I think it is rather expensive though.

Ok, it's British, so maybe that explains the flavor...and the name. It was funny as a novelty item, but I'd make my own from scratch next time.Published on February 1, 2014 by Chris Christensen
