We have had this tea set for about 16 months. This may sound insane, but I bought it when my daughter was about 16 months old and insisted on joining us in our afternoon tea time. Given her age, I wanted something with enough volume for her to use if I only filled it halfway (NOT easy to find! - these are a realistic size to actually use!), and I wanted it to be nice looking - not just pink. Since she has her own teapot, she can have herbal tea cooled with ice cubes, and we can have whatever we want in our own pot. We have used this set every single day, sometimes more than once a day. I do all of the handling of everything except my daughter's cup and saucer, but she has never broken her cup and saucer in all this time. The pattern still looks as good as new. I use a bottle brush to clean inside the creamer and tea pot and it works well. I admit I have broken a saucer by dropping it in our porcelain sink, but that is not too surprising. We have a place we visit very often, and we do not want to lug the tea set back and forth so I just purchased another set in the Country Rose pattern.

I bought this for my nine year old daughter to use with her america girl doll.It is really cute and she can use it just to play tea party. it came in just a few days and in perfect condition,the quality is superb.would recommend

My 9 year old daughter loves this tea set. It is just the right size for her. The delicate roses are lovely. My little girl feels very grown up, having her own tea set to entertain with. It comes with only two cups, saucers and plates, but since she rarely has more than one friend over at a time, this set fits her needs perfectly.

I purchased this gorgeous tea set for my 8 year old daughter. She loved it! However, I made the mistake of letting her have it on her desk in her bedroom. Under her care it would have been just fine, but the two year old got into her room and broke one of the plates. Keep this in mind if you have younger children. It's better to have it up in the cupboards than have the disappointment that comes from broken pieces.

The yellow roses on the china have a green hue on them so it took me a minute to get over the initial surprise.
The weird thing is, when I took pictures they turned out exactly the same as the on-line version. (bright yellow)
If I could find the "photo button" I would include a picture. All I see is a video review button.
It is a very cute set and I can't wait to have tea with my granddaughter.
The set is very real and not a cheap play thing, a good teaching tool for table manners etc.
I wish there were additional cups and saucers available but I wonder if this line is discontinued since it was priced down a bit.

I have granddaughters who love to have tea parties with their mothers and friends. This is a beautiful tea set that makes the tea party very special for them. They are very careful when they are using this set and are learning table manners as they play and socialize. Definitely a set you want to pass down from one generation to another--a true keepsake.

This is a wonderful tea set. My granddaughter saw one in an antique store and this is what she wanted for Christmas. It is absolutely perfect for afternoon tea.

It is a pretty set, but the hole for the teapot spout is pin size. This would be a good set for a decoration, but really can't be used. You will also need to buy a basket for storage.

The tea set is exquisite, my grand daughter just loves it and hopefully it will be passed on to her daughter, thank you.

I purchased this set for my granddaughter. Beautiful! and quality for the money. Being fine china it is delicate, care and supervision is required. Worth the tea time! :)
