Held in Love is a compilation of individual spiritual experiences that leaves the reader filled with joy and compassion. Its the perfect book to read if you're feeling put-upon or depressed - or have a serious life-threatening situation. The individuals writing in the book are not for the most part professional writers but people who were willing to share that intimate moment when awareness of God/the spirit/whatever you want to call it came sharply into their lives. This is a book of hope and affirmation. I've already shared it with many friends and acquaintances.
