I am an avid cook at home, and I also own a restaurant. Needless to say, a knife is in my hand a good part of the day. This is possibly the best cleaver I have owned. It is beautifully balanced, light, incredibly sharp - and stays sharp. I bought 2 so that I wouldn't have to be carrying it back and forth to work. I will be buying more as presents, and maybe another for myself so I can have it with me when I visit friends and end up cooking at their house.

I'm very pleased with Helen's Asian Kitchen Chinese 7-1/2-Inch Chef Knife, Stainless Steel. It has made chopping much easier. The weight is evenly distributed and so the cleaver is comfortable to hold and use. I recommend this item highly!
