Meat Loaf grabs you by the jugular and doesn't let go in this epic journey into the heart of darkness and back into the light. Elements of hard rock, heavy metal, and two songs with rap integrated in a dramatic way ("The Good God is a Woman and She Don't Like Ugly" [Chuck D] and "Stand in the Storm" [Lil Jon]). Meat Loaf sings with great intensity (listen to "40 Days" and "Mad Mad World" for example). This is Meat with no loafing around!
