4.0 out of 5 stars Cait O'Riordan We Hardly Know Ye, February 21, 2008
This review is from: Hell to Pay (Audio CD)
The CD is a fine one all in all, but as another reviewer noted, not nearly enough Cait for my tastes, either. I keep hoping Cait will release a solo album, because while I love all of the masterpiece that is "Rum, Sodomy and the Lash," I am *enchanted* by her singing on "I'm a Man You Don't Meet Every Day"!

5.0 out of 5 stars Exciting Addition to Irish Rock !, September 14, 2007
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Hell to Pay (Audio CD)
From the Irish rock groups--Hothouse Flowers and The Pogues--comes "Prenup" a perfect blend of the two distinct sounds. This is accessible rock music by anyone's standards with a touch of thought and reflection tossed in. It's rock music that appeals to those who've been around a little and have taken a few slings and arrows in life as some of the songs are about "bumps in the road." Indeed, this is good rock music and an excellent contribution to the entire genre of Irish Rock Music!

Go Ireland!
