Always enjoy the "thingamies" he creates. Very little bad language and the scripts are great.
You learn a little more about MacGyver with each show. Try to limit my watching to 1 episode per night so they don't run out too fast. Look forward to each one like dessert every day.

I have all 7 seasons of this great series and enjoy every one. Just good old slam bang action and adventure. There 's also a lot of gentle kindness and caring for the abused and forgotten people of the world. I have not seen a single bad season much less a single bad episode in the lot.

The writers of this series really created a a new story with every episode. One show he may be in the Rocky Mountains - the next he's trying to finding a missing person in Africa. Never a dull moment.

I used to love this show, but on watching it this time, I was struck with how dated it is. Sometimes that doesn't bother me, but it was just not appealing now. I still really like Richard Dean Anderson, but I don't think I will watch again.

We need more programs like this again. Wholesome television stopped after this series. An adventure show with action but no abusive violence and excessive blood and Gore. Creative tv that inspire us to think differently about situations.

As somebody that loved MacGyver as a child, its fun to be able to watch these episodes again. If you're watching MacGyver for the first time, my rating will seem a bit high (keep in mind it was the late 80s/early 90s).

I would recommend MacGyver. There is no swearing, minimal blood and guts as far as the bad guys or even good guys getting killed or hurt. I like to see what MacGyver comes up with "to save the day".

It has been so fun working my way through the series. Sure, it's cheesy at times, and there always seems to be just what Mac needs to get out of a jam, but it's still great. Hoping for the last two seasons to go on Prime!
