More About the Author

I am a University of Iowa grad and college professor with 59 years of writing experience. I've written for 5 newspapers and 7 blogs, founded 2 businesses, play 4 musical instruments, and have 2 children (born 19 years apart). I followed the '04 and '08 and '12 presidential campaigns "live," wrote for Yahoo, and am sometimes referred to as T.Q. (Trivia Queen) from my misspent hours in the British Pub Quiz room on AOL. I also have 2-year-old twin granddaughters (Ava pictured) who are great fun.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful By William M Miller on January 14, 2011
Format: Paperback
I was pleasantly surprised with this very eclectic novella-length collection, themed loosely around Dante's nine circles of hell. While the stories are very different from one another, each leave you with a subtle coldness; a dark portal into a variety of evil acts. For fans of horror and dark literature, there is something for everyone; from the disturbingly graphic, to the heartbreakingly emotional, to the more quiet horror that authors like T.M. Wright are known for, but with a more matter-of-fact prose. Some stories are more effective than others, but all are sure to entertain. I will definitely be looking out for more work by author, Wilson, and hope to see some novel length work from her in the near future.
