This book is a MUST read. The insight into the different signs that our loved ones leave us, and learning how they try to communicate with us is fascinating. 3.0 out of 5 stars content was okay...
The content of this book was okay - nothing particularly new, but interesting nonetheless. I have to say that I found the typos extremely distracting. It seems like it had been dictated with a voice recognition program and then not proofread.

This book is a MUST read. The insight into the different signs that our loved ones leave us, and learning how they try to communicate with us is fascinating. My questions were answered, without religious bias, in a straightforward, easy to understand manner. Mr. Higgins teaches us that communication with our loved ones is not something to be anxious about, but something to be embraced.
This book is tough to put down because the information is so enlightening, not only about our loved ones who have passed, but also in making us think about how we live our daily lives.
I especially loved the real life stories, reading them let me know I was not alone in my experiences, and most importantly I am not crazy! I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and would recommend it to anyone - it was well worth the read.

5.0 out of 5 stars What a comfort and all doubts are all dismissed now, February 4, 2010
This review is from: Hello...Anyone Home?: A Guide on How our Deceased Loved Ones Try to Contact Us through the Use of Signs (Paperback)
This book settles any doubts you may have had about contacting friends and family on the other side. You will have things explained to you that you have been wondering about for years. The author's excellent knowledge, schooling and experience in this field is an asset as this can be a confusing topic. Mr Higgins guides you through understanding the signs from others that have passed before us and how you can contact them when you want and need their help. More importantly, even if you are experienced in doing that; this book will bring you much comfort and peace as it did me.

This review is from: Hello...Anyone Home?: A Guide on How our Deceased Loved Ones Try to Contact Us through the Use of Signs (Paperback)
WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY.................. I would have given this book ten stars if I could have.........I have been around many many moons and have read tons of book on Spirituality, NDE, mediumship, you name it. This book was the first book that really explained things in laymans terms...............It is great book because it explains everything very clearly. I like that Mr. Higgins shared with us some of his personal channeling sessions with his guides and masters. He also comments on each one and sometimes there was a actual story that happened to someone just like you and me. It explains how that person felt, and what they saw and what they learned from the experience. It teaches you that each experience that is put in front of us , is for a reason and there is always a lesson that goes with the experience. I wish I had read Mr. Higgins book first , I could have saved alot of time, and money on books that were so over my head. Lastly I really liked how this book will make people feel more opened to talking to others about the experiences that they have had or are having or will be having. You will soon begin to realize that your not crazy like you thought, and that there are others out there and they are having these kinds of experiences also............. PS, the price isnt bad either..............lol

5.0 out of 5 stars A comforting read..., April 27, 2010

This review is from: Hello...Anyone Home?: A Guide on How our Deceased Loved Ones Try to Contact Us through the Use of Signs (Paperback)
Mr. Higgins' book confirms what I have always wanted to believe: that our deceased loved ones are still around us, and able to communicate with us if we are open to it.
I have always felt that a favorite song coming on the radio at just the right moment, or an orange butterfly that flutters by seemingly on cue, were "signs" from the people I've lost, perhaps just saying hello. But like most, I also felt that maybe I was simply wishing that was what those "coincidences" were. Mr. Higgins, or should I say, those whose words he has channeled into his book, gave me some proof that I was not just wishing.
I enjoyed the way Mr. Higgins presented the material in the actual words of his deceased "guides". It explains how to be "open" to the communication of our deceased loved ones, and that it is actually a talent that we all are capable of learning, with practice. And further, that our "guides" actually want to communicate with us after they are gone.I also found comfort in his words, and the experiences of people who have received signs from their loved ones, and recognized them as such. We have a strong need to imagine that the people we've lost can still communicate with us, and us with them, but few of us ever believe them completely. We like to think that is really what is happening, but we could never truly be sure. This book lets us know that we are likely not crazy, and that these "signs" truly are our deceased loved ones speaking to us in one way or another.
I hope to put Mr. Higgins and his guides' teachings into better practice, and recognize those "coincidences" for what they really are - my deceased relatives and friends just checking in with me and letting me know they are okay in their new world on the other side. I would highly recommend this book as a comfort to anyone who has had to say goodbye to someone they loved, or never got the chance. As this book tells us, we may not be saying goodbye forever, but rather, "call me when you get there!" I also look forward to Mr. Higgins' and his guides' next book!

I'm not going to dispute the content, but the writing leaves much to be desired. Spelling, grammar and context errors are very distracting from the purpose of the book. Could have used a decent editor.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing, March 12, 2011
This review is from: Hello...Anyone Home?: A Guide on How our Deceased Loved Ones Try to Contact Us through the Use of Signs (Paperback)
This book was AMAZING....Mr. Higgins does an excellent job of informing the reader about the possibilities of communication with loved ones after death, all while maintaining a comforting and intimate tone. "Hello...Anyone Home?" is a fascinating read for people who may be experiencing contact with passed loves ones, or if one is just curious about the afterlife. I have read many other spirituality books that are similar to Mr. Higgins, but overall this book was the most informative and helpful! I would recommend this book to anyone interested in this field, and curious about the possibilities of contact with the our loved ones that have passed first.

This book makes you think about things that may have already happened that possibly you had no explanation for; or perhaps you are missing certain "clues"? Well, this book will help you to see what to look for.
If you were skeptical before, you may come away from this book believing that our beloved departed can get in touch with us if we let them.
It also gives you a sense of hope that our loved ones are still with us, closer than we think.
