I have used just about every headset out there, and this one is hands down the best for cordless and cellular use. The volume in AND out is very strong. This mic puts out the volume, where others don't. I never understood why other headsets just couldn't produce the volume for my speaking. Finally I have one. It is a rugged, well-built headset. I have two of them, and they are holding up well.
