these brushes are fake! i was fooled by the positive reviews for these brushes. i bought these to replace my 219se and my 187se brushes that i bought at the mac store last christmas, and the fibers are not even close to the real thing. not only that but the imprints on the handles are not even imprints, they are screen prints. the leather case had glue all over it. finally three weeks after ordering these brushes i get a notice from my post office to come pick up my package, only to find out that it was shipped from hong kong. so so fake. dont waste your time or your money. i normally dont waste my time giving feedback, but i am so dissatisfied by this fraudulent seller. i will be taking these brushes to mac loss prevention.

And if you actually believe an actual MAC store sold a hello kitty brush set ..you are WRONG. i feel bad for all these people who left really good reviews for this item...and even if this wasn't fake there is no way in hell you could get 7 AUTHENTIC mac brushes, especially in the hello kitty collection for as cheap as this seller is selling it to you. Sorry guys

The authentic MAC Hello Kitty Collection did NOT have these brushes as part of the collection. Go to ioffer dot com and you will find all the fakes being sold there and then people resell them on here and other selling sites. Such a shame!!!!

I was really excited for this product. But when I got it and realized it was a fake, i kicked myself for not reading the reviews! At least i got to return them!

This product is not MAC! and eventhough the brushes are pretty desent quality if you want to purchas this because it is super adorable which is the reason i did..you might want to concider looking on ebay where it is 7$ with shipping.. that is where i bought mine! this is deffenatly worth a try jsut not for almost 40$ instead do the 7$ deal and you wont regreat it!

the seller was very prompt in shipping and in replying to my queries.

i'm not too happy with the product. the bristles of the brushes are either too synthetic-looking (overly shiny, too plastic-ee) or too dull and frail. Hopefully I can return this. Until I can afford to buy from the MAC store, I'm going to stick with my ecotools.

The brushes are nice, but your not missing anything. Usually MAC brushes are soft and feel wonderful. These are soft, but they don't give you the best brushes by MAC. Maybe that is why they are so cheap.

shipping was great. for air mail, it arrived very fast. the brushes are obviously not authentic MAC brushes but they are still good brushes. Not enough to make me return them and pay around the world shipping costs. only brush i didnt like is the white sculpting brush. not the best at all. all the rest are functional and good.

BAD EXPERIENCE. I WENT TO NEW YORK FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND THE PRODUCT HAS NEVER BEEN SENT. I LOSE TIME AND MONEY

This was a great value and came very quick! The brushes are of high quality and case is super cute. The brush lengths are just her perfect size...not to long nor to short
