I bought this game for my 4 year old daughter, who is just starting to have an interest in video games. I knew that she would not be able to follow a game that was story-based. She can't read yet, so we needed a game that was simple and didn't require much reading.

This game is perfect. It basically consists of at least a dozen mini-games. For example, the player must prepare food for the party, so there are a few games that require shopping and cooking. The player must also get dressed for the party, so there are a few games for making clothes or trying on outfits. There are many more but that is an example of how the game is set up. All I had to do was play each mini-game with my daughter once before she got the hang of it, now she can do it all on her own so overall, it ended up being exactly what we wanted.

I ordered this DS game for my daughter she is 6 1/2 and loves Hello Kitty. She just recently received the DS from Santa and a lot of the DS games are a bit old. but this one is just right and she loves it. Great game for independent playing.......not a whole lot of reading.

My 4yr (nearly 5) daughter loves to play my son's Mario Party DS game so I was looking for a different game with a girl-theme for her that would be comparable. I got this and she loves it!

I just got this game today,and iv'e already played all the minigames. Each charecter has about four minigames. There are six tabs where on each one,you tap on a charecter to play a game. There are about twenty-five minigames,which are all kid appropariatte and are fun to play over and over again. My mom said this is probbaly the only game she'd want to play on my Nintendo DSi. It is very entertaining,and you can see that the first time you play it.

It's literally a nightmare trying to find a decent DS game for a young kid, especially girls. I've bought other Hello Kitty games, but there were too many words. This game has very simple games. My 5.5 year old enjoys and the 3 year old likes the dress up games, although she doesn't get a few of the games. It has a lot of very clearly-spoken commands, and I find my little one saying, "Ready set go," and "It's party time."

I think for the price, this is a good one. I've bought ten games that were just a waste of time and money. They thought this one through.

My 6 year old thought this game was a bit easy for her skill level but she enjoys it nonetheless. She doesn't need any parental supervision or help to figure out the games on her own. Very cute and parent approved!

This game is super cute and I enjoy playing it very much. I love anything Hello kitty related and this game is great it's simple.

My niece loves it and plays it. She wanting a cooking game and decided to give her this because she likes hello kitty. No complaints.

I purchased this game for my 7 year old and she loves it! She is a new gamer and she had a hard time putting this one down.

My granddaughter was very excited to get this for a Christmas gift, but I really have no idea how much fun it is or how to rate it, since I have not seen it but once since Christmas. I can tell you that it is one of the games she brought with her for an overnight visit, so she must like it very well.
