It's a little difficult to figure out at 1st, because you don't want bubbles in the ice, and can take many attempts to try doing it correctly. Also, the directions aren't in English. So, you pretty much don't have any directions.The ice also isn't as perfect as in the photos. It often has seems. It's also very different for women and children to open once the ice has frozen. You will need an adult male to help open it. However, my daughter loved this. She drives me crazy because she ONLY wants Hello Kitty ice!

Ice mould came out nicely, but due to the hot weather here in my country, it melted a few minutes in room temperature..
