They say that you can go blind looking directly into the sun for prolonged periods of time. This is the result of all that bright light being focused and reflected at the back of your eyeballs - they have a hard time adjusting to the intensity and, once they do, they can never adjust back to normal lighting again.
That's essentially what this album will do to your ears.

Once you've spent a couple of days with this CD on repeat, you'll begin to find that all of those older playlists that you'd created just don't sound the same anymore. Those classic songs of your youth? Nothing more than erratic drum beats and broken vocals. Your eardrums will no longer recognize the drivel that they play on the radio as music anymore. Your brain will crave the sweet, harmonic honey that is a Chris Merritt melody.

Get it straight, folks, this is an album that will change your life. If you doubt me, visit the artist's website and give a listen to some of his stuff. Just be warned, it could result in you realizing how much money you've wasted on inane music in the past. And, once you're at that point, there's no coming back.
