Spacehog, Deathray, Fountains Of Wayne, or any of that semi-quirky rock with a dark pop twist. Scotland churns out yet another brilliant group - "Aliens" would be a number one hit in a just world. If you buy this and end up digging it, you should really seek out an import by another Scottish artist named "Rico" - his album is great too.

This CD is truly a real find for music lovers everywhere.The label should consider re-releasing this project and this time drum up a solid promotional team to properly support the CD! The vocals are very BOWIEi~ish (70s era) and the production is so superbly dark that it is avant garde (way ahead of anything currently cluttering the dull pop chart in 2004). This CD could become an instant new classic. The only thing missing from this project upon it's initial release was an important marketing and promotion campaign. This is a MUST OWN ! Simply listen to the opening track and you'll be hooked ! |
