Wanting to share her love for the Virginia Tech Hokies with her daughter, Aimee Aryal wrote her first children's book, Hello, Hokie Bird!, on the way home from a football game.
"Aimee searched to find a fun book about the mascot for our daughter Anna, who was 2 then, and when she didn't find one she decided to write her own," says Aryal's husband, Naren. "So at the end of the three-hour car ride, her first book was done."
