It is such an upbeat song! I'd reccommend "Hello Sunshine" to anyone. Infact, I have it as my wake up alarm. It puts you in a great mood, along with every other song on this album.

I am always searching for upbeat music to listen to while I workout, and this one makes me smile, even during the most strenuous workouts. I would definitely recommend it!
(And if you have any others to recommend, comment on this review - I'm always looking for good, cheerful workout music! A lot of the encouraging songs I like are slower, which doesn't work for a workout.)
