Kim holds certifications in a variety of disciplines, from Tai Chi-Qi Gong, to PWR! Moves for Parkinson s, Fall Prevention Specialist and Holistic Nutrition. Kim s love of movement and expression was developed during her ten years of living and working in Asia. Kim works with students of all ages, levels and abilities, around the world. She teaches this low-impact exercise to enhance overall health, increase flexibility, improve balance and coordination, and reduce stress, while building bone strength.
