I've listened to "Hello World", and realized that Red didn't just make a recording of songs he wrote, he made a contribution, and that means he made a difference. The only way you might possibly think that he's not singing from the heart or not feel his energy is if you're not listening. The songs "Hello World", and "On The Day You Were Born" are enough to tell you this artist stands out. He's outstanding. I was very fortunate to have heard Red Grammer sing live last week. He sang songs from "Hello World",and immediately connected with the children and their parents. He's a connector, and he does that very naturally on this album. He's has actually made me feel that I have missed something because I never had the pleasure and treasure of working with him. So if you and your children do not own this album don't wait any longer. Buy it. If you don't you'll all be missing out.

Red Grammer is the best! I have taught music and movement to parents and thier children for 15 years and he is the best artist for children I have found. His music is not the usual insipid, blabber that normally comes from children music. The tunes are interesting, fun, creative and thought provoking. Hello World like all of his CD's brings tears to my eyes, to know someone still believes in the world and our children. It is a must have for you childrn's music collection, as well as yours!

Red Grammer is my favorite musician for young children (and adults as well), and this is my favorite of all his albums. My preschool class love to sign "Hello World" and rock out to "Bueno Appetito" (and parents love to hear them using phrases in 4 different languages). But my two personal favorites for their beauty and message are "on the day you were born" and "Starlight, Starbright". Wonderful for parents, kids, and teachers alike.

Red Grammer has a nice voice and plenty of musical talent, but the real stars on this CD are the songs themselves. Every one is a gem--singable, danceable, filled with messages of love and peace. I find myself humming them constantly. I'm buying multiple copies to give to my daughter's friends for Christmas.

Although my daughter has loved this recording since she was two, it is also a favorite of mine. Beyond catchy music and youthful voices, these lyrics touch on; the fun of the world (title track), diversity, our need to spend time together, the celebration of our birth, gracious greetings (helpful during our "shy" period), and many other practical yet meaningful topics. When we were looking beyond all the "mainstream" choices and found Red Grammer's music, we struck gold!

Our three year old daughter can listen to Red Grammer all day. She wakes up in the morning singing, "Hello World, my old friend, its another day glad to see you again." We have been lucky enough to hear Red in person twice and the whole family enjoys him.

A friend of mine knew I was taking my two kids (ages 3.5 and 1.5 years) on a long car trip, and told me his uncle was a children's song musician. He dropped off a (burned) copy of this album to us to take in the car on the trip. We had never heard of Red Grammer before then. Well, we took the trip and everyone loved the album. It gets better and better each time we listen to it. My 3 1/2 year old just rocks out to it in the back of the car, singing and dancing along. It keeps him occupied the whole time it plays. We like it so much that I'm buying a legitimate copy of it, just to support this wonderful artist, and another copy to give to my son's school.

This is a wonderful, WONDERFUL collection of kids' songs! My daughters (ages 3 and 5) have been listening to it for more than 3 years -- this was the first tape my 5-year-old sang along with. They both LOVE it! We lost it over the summer and I was happy to replace it because we all missed it so much. The music is beautiful, fun, not annoying to parents, and expresses nothing but happiness. Red Grammer is a genius, and I'm glad (especially on long car trips) that we found him! Also, if you ever have a chance to see him live, do it! He does a great show!

Red Grammer has a wonderful voice and the original songs on this CD are all fun to listen to and sing along with. My son is only 8 months old, yet whenever I play this CD in the car, he stops fussing and listens intently. It is worth its weight in gold! Each song has a positive message...I especially like the one about how we should all get along as well as our body parts that work together so well!
