I wear a 6.5 US but most of the shoes I buy runs small, so I usually buy size 7. Helly Hansen shoes runs very true to size. The size 7 was just too big for me, so I bought 6.5 and it fits perfect! I use these shoes primarily to do Zumba aerobics!

I've had these shoes for almost a year and still love them. I got a great price on them on amazon and have been really impressed with them.
Good shoe, good support. I'd buy them again.
