Help...Do I need a wireless adapter on my PC to use the "Valet?" Know nothing about a router... Seems tho I would need to purchase a -N usb wireless adapter to plug into my PC for the "Valet" PLUS to work on my computer. Correct? In info on Valet it says nothing about a need for a wiress adapter. Any low priced reccoS for me to buy? In

You could use an n or g adapter (since n routers are backwards compatible to g), or you could use an ethernet cable. If you PC had a g or n wireless card already in it, you would not have to purchase another one.

I have the same question as James: do I need anything other than the Cisco Valet to set up a wireless network? I did not understand the answer he got. I need a very simple answer.

Yes u need a wireless adapter, either built in or added. The Valet Connector, their version of a wireless adapter, (bought separately from Valet) can be used on any PC. Just plug it into the USB slot and leave it.
