I am not musically inclined! But this book got me through a quarter of a year as an elementary music class sub. There are some good ideas in this book but some pages require you to understand notes and other music stuff that I didn't know. If you are a long term sub for a music class I would reccommend it. Otherwise, don't bother, it is expensive, try to get it used.
