This book was a blessing to me. It was a gift from a friend... one of the best gifts I have ever gotten.
My life had been filled with so much stress for about 22 years.
I have read books on stress...Help Me I'm Stressed is short but has a lot to say and gets the point across. In my eyes it is the best one yet.
Those who believe in Jesus live in the world but are not of the world. Like the book puts it, this is good news for us as believers living in today's stress-filled world!
The book helped me to understand what and where my stress comes from. How to deal with it and feel better about the way I handle things.
I understand that it is ok to say no... when that is what I really mean. Just because I say no... doesn't mean I'm a bad person.
Even when I want to say yes..."I can help you". It is ok... for me to do what I want to do and not get stressed out about who wll say what.
I was so tired all the time... from being so frustrated and in a hurry. Always trying to please everyone and myself.
Never stopping to think about what the Lord was wanting from me.
When I did stop and gave myself time to hear the Lord talking to me... leading me to where I needed to be...things became so easy and less stressful.
I had more time to spend with myself... due to spending less time with everyone else, and more time with my kids... if that makes any sense.
The extra time I spent with my kids help them to feel they were important. Not spending enough time with my family was causing so much stress at home. We needed some time off to rest and didn't know it.
Help Me I'm Stressed has helped me to see that and understand what I was doing. It also helped me in so many other areas of my life.

This book has showed me to exalted Jesus and not myself.
What... I need to do to set up for my blessing from God.
Apply scriptures to my life to build strength.
Which helps me to relieve stress and prevent stress in my life.
Help Me I'm Stressed... has showed me to rest and spend time with God and myself.

I would strongly recommend this book to any and all people living in the world.
