I've been very pleased with Dr. Popckaks books. This one is no exception, and I would recommend to anyone who is having trouble dealing with the anxiety in their lives. It does have a religious slant.

I loved this book. The author has much experience in treating people wrestling with stress, anxiety, and complusive behaviors. His style of therapy with God's healing power mixed in, is a sure winner. Anyone can benefit, what are you waiting for? Get this book!
