When snobby-loved by all actor Erie Lake comes to town, everyone is excited... except Jake. Erie hates his job and swithces bodies with Jake. Jake starts taking a limo to school, and is surrounded by girls, cameras, and fans. Jake learns that he's a really good actor, and Erie gets jealous. Majorly. He wants to keep his old body, and never switch again. But will Jake agree?

This book is great. This book is about a boy name Jake. Jake is an ordinary kid,but when famous actor,Eric Lae comes to town everything changes.Directors from Hollywood come to Jake's school looking for a boy so Eric Lae can copy to practice for his role in his movie.When Jake has been chosen and Eric stays at his house Jake tells him about the mini-dits which transports someone into somebody else's body.Jake tells him to switch bodies since Eric is not happy with eating healthy food,exercising every day for long periods of time. When Jake is Eric and Eric is Jake, Eric in Jake gets jealous that Jake in Eric is a better actor.Eric in Jake wants to trade bodies back but Jake likes his life as an actor.It takes the whole book so Eric can have his body back.

I'm almost ten years old. I enjoyed this book very much because it described movie stars and acting. The movie star switches bodies with an ordinary boy named Jake. Jake finds out that being a movie star is both fun and a lot of hard work. I highly recommend this book other kids.

This book is a little confusing, but still great! Erie Lake, the movie star, is coming to Jake's house! He wishes to be somebody else. Then Jake shows him the Mini-DITS and WHUMP! A whole new adventure! Near the end is where it's kinda confusing-they switch bodies so many times, I could barely tell who was who! But I figured it out, and so will you, when you read this about 2 times. Other than that, great book! Last HELP! book in '98. The next book in the series is Help! I'm Trapped in my Lunch Lady's Body. That's a little confusing, too. Have a weird day!

I think this book is good for kids that like funny and fantasy stories. It is about a boy named Jake and a famous actor named Erie Lake.Erie is a popular,rich,and nice actor.Jake in the other hand is a regular boy who has crazy ideas.Erie Lake hates his job but,Jake thinks it would be awsom and easy to be an ator and have girls that like him.Jake has just found out that Erie Lake is going to his school.Jake thinks this is his perfect chance to trade bodys, but they wont just trade bodys they will also trade there lives.To find out more about this book go to your local libary,and look up Todd Strassor books.

Todd Strasser's books are the best!!!!! I can't wait to read another one!!!! Too bad not all of them are in my library. 'Help! I'm Trapped in a Movie Star's Body is one of the best book he has made. All I can say is that this is the best book and I hope Todd will keep on writing! I also thank Todd for such a wonderful job on writing books for kids my age (6th grade). Just keep writing so people will be enjoying more of your great and fantastic books!

This book wasn't that good. It has a corny ending, they use the word "said" too much, and they have boring details that are not particularly interesting. It was an ok idea that just wasn't delivered in an interesting manner. It was easy to read and the vocabulary was limited.

All of Todd Strasser's Help! I'm Trapped books are very clever.This one is no exception. This book was very witty and fun to read.A positive way to spend your hours. Keep making them this great Mr. Strasser!

the whole series is great because u never know what will happen ijust hope the secret doesnt get out about the DITS.Todd Strasser if u read this keep the series going
