I receive this cd as a gift and it was a pleasant surprise. The hit songs Time Flies and Following A Star are great. But the rest of the album seems to flow well. I try to figure out who Duke daniels sounds like and nobody comes to mind. If you like this album check out the Pushstars album After the Party.

One of the best albums of the year. I'm salivating for more!!!! Dukes' songwriting and voice takes you through a melodic rock experience. A true genius and talented musician. This is an album that every true rock, folk, pop and r&b fan should have. Buy this now, you will NOT be disappointed.

Dan has his own unique sound and is very versitale. "Following a Star" is my favorite and "Running on E" comes in second. These songs are very catchy and once you hear them you just can't get them off your mind. I'm sure glad I found this group and this CD because it was a very welcome change and a great addition to my collection. Dan's voice reminds me of the country singer, Charlie Daniels because it has a country twang and all of the songs are a mixture of country and rock.

This is rock, blues, soul and pop sung with engaging conviction and with a twist we haven't heard before, not quite like this. Duke is a true artist. He writes all the music and lyrics, sings, plays the guitar, and has played drums in previous bands, his talent comes through in every song. None of them sound like another so you get a great variety on one CD.

His voice is so unique! The songs make me want to get up and dance which I often do when listening to "Help Is On The Way". I love "Only One" it is such a great song!

This is great music from beginning to end. Duke has a great voice that you will not get tired of hearing. This is a disc that I have listened to over and over and still enjoy. The disc is so good I can not wait to get his next one.

If you love current artists like Wallflowers and Cracker and classic artists like Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty, you'll love this. Duke Daniels is something *different*!! Great melodies and clever lyrics. This is rock, blues, soul and pop sung with engaging conviction and with a twist we haven't heard before, not quite like this.

Duke Daniels brings fresh lyrics and music to this album. Consistently named one of the top bands in LA. "Runnin on E" and "Following a Star" are great and "Clarice" will leaves you humming the song.
