O.K., the title for this review is a bit hokey, but there is nothing hokey about this book! I absolutely love it and so do my kids (3 and 5). I have never seen a book that nails virtues such as Kindness, Forgiveness, Love, Patience and Truth for kids like this one does. There are at least a dozen stories for kids and parents to choose from and each one is wonderfully illustrated and delightfully worded in rhyme. I constantly find myself trying to talk in rhyme after reading this book to the kids - it's that much fun!

Get it if you can. It's a gem.

I love this book, though I must admit at first I found it a bit tongue twisting. I got used my tongue being in knots and my kids loved listening to me trip over it. Our copy is becoming a bit worn due to its regular readings. Even my (almost) 9 year old loves to read it and hear it read. I love the complete message, it gets to all those feelings we all go through in being obedient to The Word! It gives resolution and scripture to back it up. If it were readily available, I would put back a couple of copies and give it as a baby gift all the time.

An excellent book for teaching Christian virtues. Many favorites. Would highly recommmend this book for those who enjoy quality stories with life lessons, values or morals written in rhyme.

I was looking at several stories which were sold as separate as separate books and then I found this combined volume which included 12 of the books and was a hard cover. This was a great value in that aspect. It arrived in good condition also.
