5.0 out of 5 stars Life Saver!, May 24, 2002

This review is from: Helping a Loved One Live Smoke Free: What Works, What Won't, and Why (Paperback)
This is the best book I've ever read on this subject. Not only is it super easy to read, but it flows in a logical step-by-step sequence that's simple enough for anyone to follow. I recommend this book to everyone, smoker and nonsmoker alike. If you have a relative or friend who smokes, buy it to help them break their addiction to nicotine. If you're a smoker, buy it for yourself and share it with your support system. This book is a life saver, and at the Amazon price it's a terrific bargain!
