This book shows through descriptions, pictures and detailed charts, simple methods of foot reflexology massage for eliminating aches and pains temporarily or permanently. Complete healing of illnesses is also possible.Various organs, nerves and glands of the body are connected with certain 'reflex areas' on the bottoms of the feet, soles, toes and ankles. Reflexology can improve general health, provide resistance to illnesses, help heal chronic conditions, and relieve physical and mental tensions. The charts in the book are thorough. The explanation of the reflexes and how to locate and massage them is done very well. There is also a section on palm reflexes.
