This product does work but dont expect miracles - unless you are 10 year old (or less) you should by now realize that legalized lie (or politically correct - marketing) is accepted to be am absolute must for any business, particularly in sales. So any marketing statement (from reputable companies, at least) needs to be reduced by factor of 2 or even more. So naturally there is nothing 'amazing', 'unbelievable' or 'great' and certainly not '100%'. But it does work by mildly reducing symptoms of the disease. 'Mildly' is a key word here - majority of 'natural' remedies have very little or none negative side effects (contrary to chemical staff that hits you like a hammer) but the positive affect is also mild and gradual. I used HemClear several times (never longer than a month) and every time after several days I did feel reduction in swelling and improvement in comfort 'down there'. It does not eliminate the problem completely but while taking it I do feel better and it helps to subdue flare ups. The thing is its rather on expensive side but so far I preferred to pay (if grudgingly). Still better than suppositories and creams I used so far and better than do nothing. In the end, of course, it will be surgery, anyway, but it helps to delay it. THe bottom line- have a reasonable expectations, there is no miraculous cure and in particularly bad cases the difference may not be immediately apparent or replace the surgery but the product does help.
