If you are looking for the latest thing in jewelry this is the peak! Magnetic disc earrings are so easy to put on - one side on the front and one side on the back and they hold strong through the day and even overnight. I took mine off to go swimming - didn't want to risk it but other than that no worries! To take off you just slip them off and they stay together -also adhering to any magnetic surface. Great for anyone without pierced ears. The hematite is a real addition to my collection because of its uniqueness. They are dazzling and catch the light so are not truly as dark or black as they look in the photo. I hope the magnetic trend continues and brings more rare stones with it!

The earrings were actually larger than I expected but they look awesome and give ears a "gauged" appearance without sacrificing your ears by stretching them. They stay put fairly easily, but don't sleep in them because they'll come off and could be a pain to find in the morning!

I received these false "plugs" as a Christmas gift, and I'm somewhat relieved I already lost the back of one of them because I no intention of wearing them again. My ears were itchy after wearing these for 2 hours. My husband said they looked ugly and didn't really pull off the plug look.

The earrings were as advertised but waaay too big especially for someone with small earlobes like myself.
They do stay in place very well.

I would recommend them if you're going for the gauged look and nothing else.

When I first saw these and the price associated with them, I could not pass em' up. I like the gauged look, but I don't want to pay to get the actual "gauging" process done. I like the magnetic earrings, because I have no long term commitment, I can take them out and not have any "holes." I received my order and quickly tried them on. I do they think they lean towards the female gender more than male in my opinion. I have concluded I like to wear the earrings backwards, basically meaning I put the actual hematite behind my ear, and put the black "backing" part facing. These earrings are very magnetic, I have yet to have them just randomly fall out, except when doing some physical activities. They're hard to lose, also. They pretty much stick to anything metal, such as: car doors, keys, anything. Overall, I'm impressed with the actual earrings, I just wasn't a big fan of how they actually looked, maybe a little too "girly" for me.
