This book surprised me. It came up really cheap as a used copy, and I thought maybe I can use the recipes. You know, I can omit the weed from the brownies. But it wasn't like that at all. The recipes focus on how to use legal hemp products such as Hemp Oil and Hemp Flour. The author gives you gourmet quality recipes and beautiful photos. I discovered the Hemp Oil. That info alone was worth buying the book for. I would describe it as a 'feel good food.' Also, I looked in the local health food store for the Hemp Flour that the book recommends. Didn't find that, but did discover Hemp Protein Powder, which is a nice alternative to soy. The book includes mail order resources.
