Okay, I may have some issues about moisturizers...I use them multiple times throughout the day. I have moisturizer bottles stashed everywhere. I cannot stand dry skin (see, I told you I have issues...). After trying pretty much every brand out there, I can honestly say that this is the best moisturizer I have ever used. It is not greasy. It smells great. And the most important part: It keeps your skin incredibly moisturized. Buy this product!!!

I was tempted to not review this, lest the secret get out...great product and value. Rich without being greasy, has a great smell and just plain works for dry skin. Buy more than one because you'll not want to run out!

I have extremely dry skin and with this lotion, I do not need to apply lotion more than once a day. Not greasy and smells great.

If you're like me, you probably have several bottles of half-used lotion in your bathroom cabinet that just don't match up to the advertisement you saw on TV. And then I discovered Hempz Herbal Moisturizer. I first received it as a gift from my dad (I'm a girl) and was skeptical that I'd like a lotion that he uses. Well, I was more than surprised when I first put Hempz on my skin. I haven't used anything else on my skin for over a year now. The texture of this moisturizer is thick and smooth; it absorbs easily into your skin, leaving it moist but not greasy. I apply Hempz at night before going to bed and then very lightly in the morning and my skin stays moist all day. It's great in the winter, especially if you live in a cold/dry area like I do. And the scent is mild enough that perfume/cologne can be worn without too many over-powering scents. To put it simply, this is the best lotion I've ever owned.

This ingredient is second only to water in this formula !!!! BEWARE !!!!

Propylene Glycol - A colourless, volatile, flammable liquid produced by fermentation of yeast and carbohydrates. Alcohol is frequently used as a solvent. As an ingredient in ingestible products, alcohol may cause body tissues to be more vulnerable to carcinogens.

Mouthwashes with an alcohol content over 25% have been implicated in mouth, tongue and throat cancers. Note, the forms of alcohol used in cosmetics are not necessarily those used in alcoholic drinks, and may be much more dangerous.

HOW ABOUT THIS ONE INSTEAD:

Propylene Glycol

A cosmetic form of mineral oil found in automatic brake and hydraulic fluid and industrial antifreeze. In the skin and hair, propylene glycol works as a humescent, which causes retention of moisture content of skin or cosmetic products by preventing the escape of moisture or water. The Material Safety Data Sheet warns users to avoid skin contact with propylene glycol as this strong skin irritant can cause liver abnormalities and kidney damage.

This industry is never going to stop selling this crap to us, if we keep buying it.

This is the ONLY lotion that I can use that doesn't irritate my skin. I have Keratosis Pilaris, and this product is the only thing that has helped soothe and smoothe the Keratosis. After many treatments from a dermatologist, nothing worked! However, Hempz has worked for me and I will NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE! Besides, I LOVE THE SCENT, ALSO!!! Hope you may find this helpful.

This is the bost lotion I've used. No greasy. Smells great. It really leaves skin smooth!

I love this stuff! it's so moisturizing and the smell is wonderful. Not overpowering, just pleasant. I've got all of my friends hooked on this as well!

I have been using Hempz hand lotion for the last 7 years and have been extremely satisfied since day one. I use it for it's consistency (it's not your watered-down, greasy store-bought brand) and it's ability to continue moisturizing the entire day. I benefit from Hempz ability to get deep down in the skin and keep my hands soft regardless to how many times I wash my hands in a day... I've got that extra protection against the elements. It's a good buy for winter time for hand/elbows, and I even apply it to my face.
Order a small bottle first and see what you think... pamper yourself a little... get rid of that crummy store-bought brand and feel how soft and protected your skin can be.
