I used these napkins for my christmas eve dinner this year. However, I bought them with the intention of using them in our everyday life. They are large napkins that can be folded or placed on your lap. I saw one of more of the reviews claiming that they shrunk in the dryer. I was paranoid about this and dried then on low heat with no problems. They seem to be pretty durable napkins.
