The raised ridges inside this 12-inch round grill pan not only allow grease to drain away but leave those chargrilled stripes just like a real barbecue. Because of the non-stick finish, very little if any grease is needed in the first place, resulting in healthier eating. The pan's long handle, riveted for strength and curved for comfort and control, stays cool thanks to its hollow design and V-connection, and features a generous hole for hanging. Nylon or silicone spatulas and cleaning brushes glide smoothly along the curved inner contour of the pan, and a stainless-steel lid (number-coded and available separately) fits snugly on the flared, easy-pour rim.

After buying another well known multicar stainless pan and having my omelets and eggs stick to it on low heat, I bought this Henckels non-stick and simply love it. The curve handle gives a good grip and helps a lot in picking up the pan when it full.

This pan heats evenly. It works on my induction cooktop. Most grill pans don't. It's beautiful and easy-to-clean. This cookware line, in general, is outstanding except that the lid handles get hot. Not a problem since the grill pan has no cover...
