Well worth the money
I purchased this pan along with the lid after a lengthy shopping and comparison process , the quality of this pan is outstanding it cooks evenly and cleans up easy also. i look forward to years of use from this product.

Dissapointed
The stir-fry pan is well made. Yet it is not non-sticky one I am looking for. If you do chinese cooking, such as cook the whole fish, this one will stick. When I cook salmon, the fish skin sticks right at the bottome of the pan. I had high hope, quite dissapointed.

We love our Henckels cookware and this pan gets used a lot for stir fry and has replaced our old wok. Great heat distribution and easy to clean. Beware though; the handle is very long so can be awkward to store.

I had searched long time for a frying pan/wok before I found out this pan. The quality is excellent and it cooks with heat evenly. The price is fair too. However the handle is too long to put into sink to be washed. It is well made, but it is not necessary to design a long handle.
