I ended up hosting Thanksgiving at my house and realized I was missing the carving knife!

These showed up (Prime and got there just in time).

I own this set as well as other eversharp JA Henckels knives. For the money they work very well, and stay very sharp. I have no problem cutting thin slices of raost beef or turkey!
