My old steak knives were flimsy and worn so when I shopped for new ones I wanted knives that were solidly made by a top-rated company like Henckels. The price was right so I bought two sets. I think I should have bought 3 sets. They are always sharp and my guests remark on the quality of the knives at meals. I even use them sometimes when I am doing prep work. These would be a great gift item too.

This is a nice set of steak knives. I am not an advocate for serrated knives, but these knives are great. Henkels in my opinion is loosing their place in the knife business while progressively lowering their quality with inferior lines. I would prefer to have high carbon. Regardless of this, I purchased two sets. Stainless is probabally more practical though as you can dish wash with other silverware. Good feel knives and truly sharp. Rate at 4.5 to 5 stars.

I'm replacing these for a roommate because 3 of her original Eversharp Pro steak knives have literally broken straight through during use. All of her set are now missing tips because of flimsy cheap design. But more so, three of them cracked straight through about 1" up from the handle. Cheap and not worth the money. You are better off saving up for a decent set of forged blades. Serrated edge also tears rather then cuts through food. Completely ruins prefectly good meat. Great for slicing a tomato and thats about it...

The design incorporates Micro-serrations that catch pull and tear at what ever you are trying to cut. I have owned 4 sets for a couple of years. They sat in the drawer while we continued to use the 20 year old knives they were supposed to replace. This weekend I pulled them out and took then down to the shop where I ground off the serrations and sharpened the newly formed edge. The knives are now great!

The knives are easy to hold. Handles are thick. The serated portion of the blade is small and at the tip. This takes some getting used to. Once accomplished, the knives are great. I ordered a second set.

We own ten of the Henckels Eversharp knives. They never dull, are nice looking, solidly made, and have the Henckels brand name on it. What more can you ask?! Excellent value.

I just love these knives, the blade runs all the way through the handle for a balanced knife. The finely serrated edge cuts through anything and since the serrations are not too big, I can use this knife for fish as well as meat. This is a versatile knife which I use for cutting vegetables/fruits, as well as a traditional steak knife. The size is perfect, not too fat, not too thin, both men and women (dinner guests) seem to love it.

Have 12 of these knives and the blades started looking bad within 2 years of very light use. By the 3rd year they are looking so bad I need to replace them, cheap stainless steel blades. Pay more and by a higher grade stainless steel unless you want to replace every few years....

Already had 4 of these so added 4 more...truthfully they are my go-to knives for everything! You will not be disappointed. They also have a nice weight/feel so are nice to put out with steak. They do tend to hold on to some food like raw chicken if you cut that w/ them so cleanup can be a little tricky :-)

These are terrific knives that never need sharpening. Even though they are made to be steak knives, I use them constantly for multiple kitchen tasks.
