Amazon.com Review
With its thin, 4-1/2-inch blade curving up to a sharp point, this knife slices a steak, chop, or roast into precise bites. The knife is from a moderately priced Henckels cutlery line called International Traditional that is made in countries outside Henckels's home of Germany. International Traditional knives come with full-tang, three-rivet, hardwood handles. (Henckels's International Classic line is identical except knives have black-plastic handles.) The steel in Henckels's International cutlery lines is of lesser quality than the steel in Henckels's premier lines, but this knife is forged from a single piece of stainless steel and not stamped. The handle is narrower and shallower than some of Henckels premier lines' handles, which the small-handed might appreciate. The knife should be hand washed and carries a lifetime warranty against defects.
