Classically shaped (center-tip style, with curved back and edge), this knife comes in handy at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In the afternoons, when no one is looking, it'll slice open a package. Henckels' International Traditional is a moderately priced cutlery line made in countries other than the company's home of Germany. The steel is of lesser quality than that used in its premier lines. Also, the handles are narrower and shallower--a feature those with small hands might appreciate. While this cleaver is dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended. --Fred Brack

I never been experience it until my friend introduce me this knife. I told myself this is the knife that perfectly works well for my hand. I also get a big set for my mom on mother's day, two years ago and she still use it now. I would say it is the perfect knife and every kitchen should have at least one and you will love it.
