4.0 out of 5 stars Good heft, smooth feel, cuts well !
We're fond of this Henckels Int'l line made in Spain (make sure you're not looking at the horrid ones from China...). The handle has a clean smooth feel, with a nice weight to the overall knife that gives one good control. It did well this summer with London Broil, but we figured the T-Day turkey was the real test. No problem -- the white meat sliced cleanly and yet...

2.0 out of 5 stars Dull and Stains Easily
It's a nice-looking knife, but mine arrived quite dull -- won't even cut paper. And the "no-stain" steel blade took a stain on first use that I can't remove.

The handle has a clean smooth feel, with a nice weight to the overall knife that gives one good control. It did well this summer with London Broil, but we figured the T-Day turkey was the real test. No problem -- the white meat sliced cleanly and yet carving around the legs and so on also went well. While indeed the edge does not seem overly sharp, it nevertheless seems to cut meat rather effortlessly. We're quite pleased with this carver.
