Unparalleled,

The Twin Select series is fantastic and deserves to be the highest line in the Henckels family. This set is perfect for the beginner sushi enthusiast (me). If you have tried to cut a sushi roll with a standard chef's knife you know how hard it is to get a nice straight cut through the roll.The handles on these knives are superb, ESPECIALLY if you have large hands (me again). The Twin Select line is expensive so buying one of these knives is a careful consideration for most of us. The only reason I didn't give this set a 5 is because I would like to have seen the twin select filet knife rather than the pairing knife alongside the santoku knife. Simply feels good to cut with! |
